We, the Intergovernmental Group of Twenty-Four on International Monetary Affairs and Development, held our ninetieth meeting in Washington, D.C. on October 10, 2013 with Mr. Fernando Aportela, Deputy Minister of Finance and Public Credit of Mexico in the Chair; Mr. Karim Wissa of Egypt as First Vice-Chair; and Mr. Mohammad Safadi, Minister of Finance of Lebanon as Second Vice-Chair.
