Ministers of the Group of Twenty-Four on International Monetary Affairs held their FortyEighth Meeting in Washington, D.C. on April 29, 1993. Dr. Mohammed Imady, Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade of the Syrian Arab Republic, was in the Chair, with Mr. Willy Zapata of Guatemala as First-Vice Chairman, and Mr. N’Golo Coulibaly of Ivory Coast as Second Vice-Chairman.
