Mr. Guido Mantega, Minister of Finance of Brazil was in the Chair, with Mr. Pravin Gordhan, Minister of Finance of South Africa as First Vice-Chairman, and Mr. Arvind Virmani, IMF Executive Director for India as Second Vice-Chairman.
