Ministers of the Intergovernmental Group of Twenty-Four on International Monetary Affairs and Development held their eighty-fifth meeting in Washington D.C. on April 14, 2011. Mr. Lesetja Kganyago, Director-General of the Treasury of South Africa, was in the Chair, with Mr. R Gopalan, Secretary of Economic Affairs of India, as First Vice-Chair, and Mr. Alfonso Guerra, Director of International Affairs of Banco de México as Second Vice-Chair.
