Ministers of the Intergovernmental Group of Twenty-Four on International Monetary Affairs and Development held their seventy-seventh meeting in Washington, D.C., on April 13, 2007. Ms. Felisa Miceli, Minister of Economy and Production of Argentina, was in the Chair, with Mr. Mawakani Samba, Advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank of the Democratic Republic of Congo as First Vice-Chairman, and Mr. A. Shakour Shaalan, Executive Director at the IMF representing Syria as Second Vice-Chairman.
