Celebramos el repunte del crecimiento y la inversión a escala mundial. Las perspectivas de
crecimiento están afianzándose para las economías de mercados emergentes y en desarrollo
(EMED), pero para varios países, en su mayoría exportadores de materias primas y Estados
pequeños frágiles, las perspectivas de crecimiento mejorarán de forma más gradual.

Celebramos nuestra 98 a reunión en la ciudad de Washington el 12 de octubre de 2017.
Presidió la reunión el Sr. Abraham Tekeste, Ministro de Hacienda y Cooperación Económica de
Etiopía, y actuaron como primer vicepresidente el Sr. Mangala Samaraweera, Ministro de Hacienda
y Medios de Comunicación de Sri Lanka, y como segundo vicepresidente el Sr. Julio Velarde,
presidente del Banco Central de Reserva del Perú.

GROUPE INTERGOUVERNEMENTAL DES VINGT-QUATRE POUR LES QUESTIONS MONETAIRES INTERNATIONALES ET LE DEVELOPPEMENT

Nous nous félicitons de la reprise de la croissance et de l’investissement mondiaux. Les
perspectives de croissance se confirment pour les pays émergents ou en développement, mais
l’amélioration sera plus progressive dans plusieurs pays, principalement des exportateurs de
produits de base ou des pays de petite taille ou fragiles.

Nous avons tenu notre quatre-vingt-dix-huitième réunion à Washington le 12 octobre 2017,
sous la présidence de M. Abraham Tekeste, Ministre des finances et de la coopération économique
de l’É thiopie, assisté de M. Mangala Samaraweera, Ministre des finances et des médias du Sri
Lanka, Premier Vice-Président, et de M. Julio Velarde, Gouverneur de la Banque centrale du Pérou,
Second Vice-Président.
